DISTRICT COLLECTOR’s DISCRETIONARY FUND(CDF).

This fund is to be utilized for giving financial assistance to the marginalized Scheduled Castes living below the Poverty line in the form of Subsidy for a maximum amount of Rs.20,000/- per individual for starting any Income generating activity / project.

The District Collector may personally identify such persons during Public Grievance Day Meeting, Mass Contact Programmes, field tours of Villages, Visits or riot affected, atrocity effected Scheduled Castes or from petitions received directly, by post or from Chief Minister’s Cell etc.,

The eligibility conditions for the beneficiaries are that he / she should be a Hindu Adi Dravida and must be below the poverty line and ordinarily the resident in the District. Special preference may be given to the marginalized Scheduled Castes affected by Caste clasher’s, atrocities and disabled persons.
