e-District Projects

It is a part of State Mission Mode Project (SMMP) under NeGP.The Project aims to apply Information Technology and Government processes reengineering on high volume Government services to improve them and electronically deliver them through the internet at home/Browsing Centers/Common Service Centers(CSCs).As per the G.O.(Ms) No.2,IT(e-Gov.II) Department, dated 06.01.2012 Government has decided to roll out the e-district projects.Also it was instructed to form District e-Governance Society in each District.As instructed , District eGovernance Society (DeGS), headed by the District Collector is formed in Ariyalur district on 13.12.2012.Common Service Centers in Ariyalur District:

e-District Revenue Services:

e-District Revenue Services was rolled out in Ariyalur District on May-2013.
The following revenue services have been incorporated in eDistrict.

  3. Income Certificate
  4. No Graduate Certificate
  5. Deserted Women Certificate
  6. Agricultural Income Certificate
  7. Small / Marginal Farmer Certificate
  8. Inter-caste Marriage certificate
  9. Widow Certificate
  10. Unemployment Certificate
  11. Family Migration Certificate
  12. Certificate for Loss of Educational Records due to disasters
  13. No Male Child Certificate
  14. Unmarried Certificate
  15. Legal Heir Certificate
  16. Nativity Certificate
  17. Solvency Certificate
  18. License under Pawn Broker Act
  19. Money Lender’s License
  20. Other Backward Class (OBC) Certificate

E-District Social Welfare Scheme has been rolled out in all blocks.
The following schemes included in eDistrict Social Welfare.

  1. Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Ninaivu Marriage Assistance Scheme
  2. Annai Terasa Ammaiyar Ninaivu Orphan Girl Marriage Assistance Scheme
  3. EVR Maniammaiyar Ninaivu Widow Daughter Marriage Assistance Scheme
  4. Dharmambal Ammaiyar Ninaivu Widow Re-Marriage Assistance Scheme
  5. Dr.Muthulakshmi Reddy Ninaivu Intercaste Marriage Assistance Scheme
  6. Girl Child Protection Scheme – I
  7. Girl Child Protection Scheme – II

Online Patta Transfer was rolled out in Ariyalur District on May-2015.
